Freeroam saves?

Here's a little suggestion, I would really like the ability to save a freeroam - as in it saves the locations of your vehicles and the damage thay've taken, and you can come back later & load it up. This is sort of like scenarios, but in freeroam & without having to use the editor.
Maybe we'll get this one day?

 

I think you can save at least the locations of your vehicles by doing File>save in the map editor

 

I mean, while he did say without using the editor, I guess it is technically a feature that is there

I didn't know this, whenever I've tried it doesn't seem to work - thanks!

I still think it would be a nice thing to have, perhaps just a button on the menu that does the same function as saving in the editor, then they could expand on it later (saving damage, speed, etc...)

 

No still can't get it to work, I'm saving the .level.json to a folder in my documents and it just goes black and/or crashes whan I try and load it again. Somone help me, what am I doing wrong?

 

I do agree. It takes forever to re-do my setup.
