I'm gonna be honest, why name an street in Midwest America after an Northeastern state like Rhode Island? There's literally nothing that makes the city Royal Oak and state RI to have any connections.

You know somethings wrong when you have your city name on places like an RV park.
(Yes, the city name is called Burns. It's in Oregon, and I'm confused.)

Is that really that strange? There’s a town in Minnesota called Wyoming...

 

It's just unexpected to see state/city names used in places that never fit the environment. (There's literally streets in my city named after Chicago and Detroit...)
