Greetings! Here is my submission for the Gambler 500 Contest: Gambler Hills! https://www.beamng.com/resources/gambler-hills.27037/ Isn’t that a paradise for some roaming with your Gambler 500 vehicle? IT IS!
https://www.beamng.com/resources/kurst-highballer.27133/ This is my support truck for the Gambler 500, hopefully I'm not late!
I am currently updating my car, the EXPLR EX-G5! You will see what it is! https://www.beamng.com/resources/explr-ex-g5.26740/
Here is my submission (from automation bc I don't know anything about modding): The Monday Motors Festivity Off-Roadster! Link: https://www.beamng.com/resources/monday-motors-festivity-off-roadster.27131/ It's a lifted, offroad version of a tiny 1990s convertible. Enjoy!
HEY! To change the shape of a body, go into the "PAINT" section, above the painting options there should be a square with an arrow, this square will enable you to model the car.
It stated to submit all applications into this thread so I shall copy and paste my Automation mod here, just to make sure that my submission is counted, I made sure to clearly mark that it's an Automation Submission https://www.beamng.com/resources/ddr-ltd-xd-1987.27153/
I gave myself less than a week to learn how to use blender and modify JBEAM files and came up with the Gambler 500 Wickup. A wigeon welded into the bed of the pickup. Luckily the world of drive-by-wire made the conversion simpler than it otherwise would have been! The driver's seat is in the wigeon in the bed of the truck, and the bed of the truck is facing forward. Drive and steering have been reversed to match the new forward direction (though it still steers with the now-rear tires!). It's not practical. It's not easy to drive. It's not a perfect mod by any means. But for a first time modder I'm happy with the results.
Well, looks like I'm gonna have to learn how to use Automation! Hopefully I'm not too late to be counted! Edit: Base mod created in Automation (should show up in the repository next week), now I just have to make a Gambler 500 version for it and I'll be good! Hoping that I get an honorable mention or something like that but even if I don't this is a great learning experience! Edit 2: Just realized you can upload a custom config for an already existing vehicle. I think that I'm just gonna do that and not stress myself out too much on a custom mod. After all I'm just starting out so I don't wanna over work myself with stress from modding in such a small timeframe.
Thank you so much now i made my own mod! --- Post updated --- it aint aproved yet but it will be good
My entry should be up on the repo this coming Monday Here's the link for when it is on the repo: https://www.beamng.com/resources/the-gambler-gavril-roamer.27177/
