Game broken after new update (deleted all mods and reinstalled)

    After the latest update my game starts me with the camera floating in a fixed position, for instance on grid map, by the floating cubes just behind the spawn point. The camera does not move if I move the car and the only way to move it is to press shift+c, pressing c or any of the number buttons does not change it, and as I have said I have removed all my mods and reinstalled the game
