Game didnt update ?

Since there is a new update, ive tried to update the game. Download was done within 3 hours and i then i just ran the game like normally, but... for some ridiculous reasons, nothing in the game acutally changed (or i think so). I dont have the new east coast map and even the new pigeon.. Isnt that a little bit strange ?
BTW when it updated, it updated into some "alpha_stable" folder, but why not into original beamng folder ???

To be fair, it HAS been quite a long time... It's not very clear that it's just an announcement about the update until the second to last line. I myself nearly jumped the gun and tried to get a new download before reading a giant wall of text.

 

You proved my point. People get excited, and don't read something that is VERY clear.

 

I can barely understand the not reading of the post and the immediate launching of the game and expecting updates.

What I can't understand are the people that THEN make a stupid thread before deciding that reading the blog post might be a better idea.

ADHD everywhere or something.

 

Can you please stop going so offtopic ? I think its clear enough and doesnt require another discussion on this topic when the problem is cleared now...
