Game dosen't work

Hi Ive had BeamNG for about 2 years, and I started it up and this happens,

 

what is it that happens exactly?

 

What exactly is the problem? Try safemode, clear cache, and verify file integrity. If safe mode works delete your mods.

 

What happens is the car does nothing,the car is unresponsive.

hm, maybe it's just controller mapping
check to see what you have plugged in and what could be interfering

 

it works, i had to unplug and replug my wheel

 

So its fixed, right?
