    This is the 32-bit/x86 issue mentioned in the Feedback thread.
    The upcoming hotfix will solve that.

    i just want to give an update. as of version 0.11.0.4, steam prepared to launch beamng drive and ran some extra component installs. i cant rememeber the name, but its similar to when some steam games need to install microsoft net framework, etc. anyway the game now starts and runs properly. i love the update and the christmas 2017 official mod by the devs. Merry Christmas everyone.
