Shadowplay recordings come out pixelated for me too. For some reason beamng requires a much higher bitrate to produce a clear video. I started using OBS just because of this game. I personally use recording settings mentioned in the nvidia website https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/guides/broadcasting-guide/

Hey saikat0511, thanks heaps for the link. I just had a quick look and it provides some good tips. I will read it thoroughly and make sure my install of OBS is optimised. Thanks once again for taking the time to respond.
