WIP Beta released Garbage Upfit for T-Series V1.7.1 - 10/02/24

I installed the latest version of the mod and did a deep cache clean, still no result.


I remember you said that it was safe to use both the 0.30-compatible version and the current one.

 

I modified the original to be a legacy version

 

Not sure what to tell you. The version you are showing me is old. The model is short and from the old version.
The newer one is longer and doesn't even have the little black things under the upfit.

 

I FINALLY GOT IT!

Turns out the 0.30-compatible variant I have is screwing everything up. Any plans to do anything about it?

 

I'll upload my modified version if Maxie doesn't feel like doing what I did & gives me permission to do so.

NOTE: Download 1.7 ONLY. Do not download 1.7 and 1.6, it corrupts the mod.

 

Hello the mod is not working for me. I put the zip file to mods folder and Us_semi, common folder into vehicles folder. the truck mod is not showing. The game was just download from steam. any ideas or I placed incorrectly?

 

You only need to put the zip file into the mods folder. Who told you you needed to unzip it & put those files elsewhere?

 

I did that now. only in mods folder. I download the 1.7 version. still not showing anything?

 

There isn't a loadable config set up to just pick it out from the selection screen, you'll need to load the configuration from the Load/Save area in the Vehicle Configuration screen.

 

This mod does have configs. You just need to have "Show custom configs" (or whatever that's called) activated.

 

Yes, true, I did forget about the 'Show Custom Configs' option, though I didn't say it didn't have them at all, as I did point out a way to load them.

Where did you get US_semi from? The folder is called "trashupfit_tseriesv17.zip"

 

Are the plans for making a legacy version still in consideration?

 

I am new to this game and mods. In some mods I place the zip file of the mod to the mods folder of the game and yes they work. Other mods don't. they don't show or show but don't spawn but if I place the zip file mod folders in the vehicle folder of the game. The mods would show and spawn. That make it very confusing to me because it works this way too. Like I say some do and some don't work. I am running on 0.32.2 version.
