I don't think this is a bug. In fact, I thought it was a bit clever; whenever the CEL or another warning light is on in my own car, it'll dim periodically in sync with the indicators. I thought it was a nice touch here.

Addendum: logic here is that the entire gauge cluster shares the same 12V power source. When that power has to be distributed amongst a higher number of loads (lights), the power going to each will decrease, and the lights will dim as the indicators go on-off-on-off-etc.

 

OK, now I see it...I looked too hard into this. Nevermind then, good touch!

 

Will the police version have a light bar, sirens, different flash patterns, Custom sounds in the future?

Hia Gab, I have a problem and i was wondering if you can help me fix it. I accidentally downloaded a mod which removed the vanilla Marshal and all its variants. Now im trying to find a place where i can download the vanilla marshal, for the quality of the mod was awful, if you could give me a link to the original Marshal that comes with the game i would be very thankful, thanks again.

 

Running the updater will restore all default cars.

So we are getting a lightbar and other details. That makes me happy.

 

I know I'm going to bump, but still...Can we expect to see a taxi and limo version for the race update? My guess is no?

And secondly, I know you hate the "It looks like..." posts, but were you using the Cadillac Cimarron for inspiration? Just curious b/c it's close enough to scare me.

 

From what someone else said, probably with a more entitled opinion than mine, bumping an official vehicle thread isn't as frowned upon, because all it does is bring it back into the communities' eyes, even though it won't make garblaster work any quicker on them.

Also, I always thought this was like a Crown Vic. (I have a horrible sense of noticing details, so that is probably quite far off.)

 

From the back, it looks like a CV. Gonna shut my mouth now so I don't get people pissed.

 

Its a Crown Vic/ Caprice (Impala) body with features picked & pulled from other cars

 

it is a cross-breed between a mid 90's Chevrolet Caprice and a mid 90's Crown Victoria

 

You Sure? I'm kinda seeing the grill and light shape as more of a Marshal shape than the caprice. Like, if you look at the grill, it's more trapezoidal on the Cimarron than Caprice, and the Grand Marshal's grill is pretty trapezoidal. Same goes for the headlights. It's also a more of a square car like the Cimarron...Hmmm interesting. Well, I guess an opinion's an opinion.
