The issue is due to you credit/debit card. only cards that work internationally will work, if your card is only valid in the US it will not work as the author does not live in the US..
You're not the only people who have had this issue with Gumroad at the moment, which is confusing as past purchases for LucasBE's other works were successful. Something is most likely preventing US customers from using their credit cards to purchase the Scout. It may have to do with the zip code verification part, because that was not present in said previous works. There is, however, a workaround. Because PayPal is also an accepted form of payment, you can use that to buy the Scout instead. As long as a valid credit card (or any other payment option) is linked to the PayPal account, the purchase will be successful.
Hey! I bought the mod and i really enjoy it. The car is very detailed everything works like it should the crash physics are awesome and I love the interior. There is just one Problem i have and thats a big one because i cannot drive the car like that.. I was cruising through italy with the gasoline version and in the midrange rpms there is a constant bass in the engine sound which leads to my headphones just vibrating on my head like crazy. I really love the mod and i love cruising around with it, but the extreme bass with the gasoline engine stops me from it.. If you fix that this mod is just awesome in every way. ^^ I attached a ZIP Containing a recording of the sound i mean, hope you can hear it. Greetings!
I couldn't use my debit card to purchase it. I had to use an actual credit card for it to process. Then I got a fraud alert from my bank over it. Mod is well worth paying $3.80 for. I'll buy your mods all day for that. Great work.
I'm having the exact same issue, and I don't have Paypal, so I just hope gumroad can fix whatever going on :/
Very nice mod, Lucas! I really like this mod and cannot wait for any future updates (if there any planned ). But I noticed one thing. The objects as cargo feel very light and you can easily kick them away as if they weigh nothing. But otherwise the mod is a 10/10!

I don’t have paypal and have never used it. Does paypal have any additional cost over the base price of the mod? That doesn’t sound good. same error happened with me couple weeks ago when I tried to buy Ibishu Signia. Also occured yesterday when I tried to buy Scout. Got it working with different card.
What an amazing mod Lucas, had a go in most of the variants yesterday and I just fell in love, totally worth the price and would definitely recommend, brilliant work. I especially like the base model petrol van with 87hp, I just love how slow it is as it is something very European. However, the most basic diesel has around 120hp, you should add a lesser powered diesel model with 100hp or less like 75hp as the likes of the Volkswagen Caddy, the base model diesel is a 75hp 2.0L diesel, same with the Citroen Berlingo/FIAT Doblo/Vauxhall Combo/Peugeot Partner apart from with a 1.5 diesel rather than a 2.0.
From the videos I have seen on it so far, I feel like it's unrealistically safe. I get that it's a modern vehicle with high standards, but it's a van, I wouldn't say that safety would be the primary concern of the designers. There seems to be no passenger cell deformation whatsoever on reasonable speed collisions, and after crashing at top speed the rear side doors still work and even still have unshattered glass, the front ones don't appear too damaged either. Even when crashing at top speed with the fastest variant, the majority of the cargo area is still intact. This is definitely safer than the Vivace which is too much for a van I think.

This car is masterpiece. Good job Lucas. One thing - the only difference between trims are wheels and engines but there is no difference in cockpit. Do you plan to make any changes to the interior of your car in the future? For example more depth and chrome accents in gauges, fancy seat patterns, leather seats, super small monochromie screen in the middle and so on.
