WIP Beta released Gavril T-series addon v0.6.0

I'm looking forward to seeing a quick fix for this great mod...

Please note that I haven't tested if the all the textures still hold up and are still fixed, this fix should fix the T-Series being completely broken (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE T-SERIES EXPANSION PACK BREAKING THE VANILLA T-SERIES ENGINE. WAIT UNTIL THE HOTFIX IS APPROVED AND IS LIVE ON REPOSITORY) by just deleting the custom LUA file for the dryvan and flatbed upfits. Yes, it takes away the ability to open the doors of the dryvan/lower the ramp of the flatbed, but at least it does not break the T-Series entirely. Also note that this is an add-on to my haybale and dryvan texture fixes from 0.25/26, but I'm not exactly sure if they still hold up. As I said, I haven't tested them yet. If they turn out to be broken, spawn either a flatbed, haybale or dryvan depending on the texture of what you want to fix.

 

I don't understand. If i download it will it work or not?

 

For me I had to download the non-fixed version for the other textures to work... it was difficult

 

As I said, it works and fixes the T-Series being broken (to not be mixed up with gtg's t-series expansion pack breaking the vanilla engine), but I'm not sure about the textures as I have not checked in a long time. If the textures are broken, you can simply get your older version with the fixed textures again, and simply delete the LUA file in /vehicles/semi in the mod's zip file.

 

the mod just completely breaks my t series, if i select any version it says "this might be due to corrupt user files or missing files, please check in safe mode," and the truck wont drive and has no speedometer, please fix this, if this is just my computer's problem try telling me, other than that, im confused why this happens, please add some info for me!

That's a common issue caused by AR162B's T-Series addon. Either de-activate AR162B's mod or unpack it, that should fix the issue.

 

May I ask how do you unpack it?

 

Either unzip it with 7zip or WinRAR or do it in mod manager by clicking onto the mod there and then choosing "unpack"

 

Or use the built in unzip feature in Windows if you have Windows

 

Find the mod file in mod manager and click "unpack"

 

Try to unpacked this mod
