@gabester Are you planning on making a trailer for the T-75 and if you do would you be able to detach it and attach in game? (without using parts selector)

    Hi,

I haven't followed all the topic (I'm sorry) but I have a question: is the T75 out? Because, the last update I had with new vehicles on my BeamNG was the Pigeon. But I see a lot of picture of the T75 and it's not in my game (apparently) am I doing something wrong? I just did the update to use BNG from steam and I haven't uninstall the older version. Maybe it's the problem?

    Thanks!

T75 is in the experimental version of the game available from the steam betas tab.

On steam right click on beamng go to properties and go over to betas and go to latest experimental build then you should be up to date:)

Yes, eventually, but I need to finish the core basics first, like the interior.

T65 doesn't have a trailer for t75s to be like.

Hey Gabe when you make a larger night cab for the t-75 would the shortend frame version still have good FPS with it or would it bring it down a lot?

    - - - Updated - - -

It shouldn't add too many nodes and beams right?

A bigger cab would need more nodes and beams. But I think gabester has said he will add a sleeper cab at some point.

It makes no sense to put the sleeper cab on the T65 though.

Yea I guess it would be to big for the shortend frame version because it would almost go to the end of the frame:p

Before the new menu (spacebar) was disabled, I noticed that it had options for trailers. Would that be functional for the T-series? Also, would we be able to make trailers that use it? (I'd like to use it with the trailers I'm working on)

I'd imagine yes for the T75, but it might be for the D15:

Trailers will have to wait until we can hitch them up as separate vehicles. If I added one as part of the T75, it'd still be running on the same CPU core and FPS would be in the single digits.

I was actually wondering if there couldn't be a simplified multicore support for one vehicle where you would just support the wheels or the suspension for example since I imagine they are quite resource-heavy. This would mean there wouldn't be any need for splitting the jbeam between CPU cores and it could possibly have positive impact on FPS. Any ideas if this would work? (I think it might not be worth the hassle just thought I'd post it).

Good to know. I'd actually like have them as separate vehicles. It'll make my life easier.

The underride guard on the T65 Flatbed & T65 Cargo Box is a bit too small. It should prevent cars from driving under the truck when it gets rear ended, which it does with the D-Series. But when I crash the Covet or the Sunburst into it, the guard chops off the heads of the people inside instead of saving them.
