The problem with the evo is that its not available as a new car also its for my dad who can afford cars up to 50k
I've always thought 4WD is a part time system with a transfer case usually on a truck or SUV whereas AWD is always active and, like you said, may be 50/50 or some other power distribution.
So my pickup with a transfer case is not considered 4WD? Did you mean AWD has a dedicated center diff?
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how dangerous the highway into my city is. Only a year ago I went sideways at 100km/h on this road to avoid a wheelbarrow that fell out of the ute in front of me. Its like its cursed November 14 (yesterday) a dirt tipper with a trailer crashes on the motorway traveling north on Mount Ousley November 15 (today) a dirt tipper with a trailer crashes on the motorway traveling south on Mount Ousley and back on October 7 this happened on the same stretch of motorway on Mount Ousley In July a man was killed travelling south on the motorway on Mount Ousley when a tree crushed his Hilux Over the last 10 years 2 trucks have rolled exiting Mount Ousley into Fairy Meadow And this is only a small handful of incidents, a bloody helicopter crashed beside this road a couple years ago.
I had a momentary flash of insight, but if it has to be a new car that flash doesn't apply and I don't really have much advice because the only AWD cars I know of that you'd be able to get in Germany are cars I really don't care about much. Impreza STi? BMW or Mercedes of some kind?
I gotten my dad in the way of the impreza sti allready but he also like the focus rs both of wich we will take for a test drive this weekend
Just finished the driving portion of Driver's Ed. Next, getting my permit. I hate downtown rush hour traffic. I loath it. Speed limit of 35 and everyone is going 50+. Literally everyone. Except for me because driver's ed teacher wouldn't let me.
I completely get you! Yesterday I was on a driving lesson (I'm very close to have my driver's test), speed limit was 70 km/h and I was doing that but people kept overtaking me (I have no problem with them doing that) until one cut me off really close so I flashed him, which isn't allowed but my teacher didn't say anything because we both were like 'wtf are you doing?' so annoying when people doing that
THIS. when i first started driving that was a constant annoyance. kinda breaks your focus. My drivers ed teacher took me on the interstate, in the rain, on my second day of driving. That was interesting. Same drivers ed teacher let someone sit through a whole green light because he/she had zoned out and there was no one behind.
