I know i quoted a post from a few pages back, but I find this offensive. Going to a public school is bad? Excuse me, I have went to public schools all through my life. (So sorry for the offtopic.)
I think there is nothing wrong for going to a public school, so long as it isn't terrible. My public school is underfunded, but makes up for it by having good teachers. OT: I got to drive in a 'Vette yesterday. '95 convertible. Amazing condition for a 90s model.
What the hell is happening here? Calm down guy. All you're gonna do is getting this thread locked. Go in PM. I don't know if any of you guys know what I'm talking about, but I'm looking for "Hubcaps" or whatever it's called : My mother broke all of them after hitting many, many curbs and I can't find them anywhere on the internet. Either they're in plastic, either they aren't sold anymore :/ ...Well, as well as the "middle hubcaps" I can't find any.
Yeah :/ They're called "Cerclage de roue" in French. The only I can find are really expensive and made of Stainless steels. I'm not going to spend 100€ on hubcaps.
It's not so much that the people who go to public school are bad people, but that public schools, originally intended (centuries ago) to ensure widespread literacy, morality, and critical thinking skills, have morphed over time into something very different. Remember: Schools no longer teach kids to think, they teach them what to think, and they rarely teach them to think anything good. Please let's not fight.
Hey, I agree that most public schools are terrible, but the teachers are unwilling to teach that stuff. They just won't say anything modern.
