Prob going to drop a 350 in it and slowly piece together my 400hp olds 403 after I have an all season vehicle and a job. I am thinking a Bronco II, S10 Blazer, XJ Cherokee, first gen Ranger or an S10 all 4X4 and I would prefer a stick.
Here she is in all her beauty. My $800 1995 Thunderbird LX. Fully loaded with every option except 6 disc CD. Only down sides are, needs a few new bushings, power locks don't work, and I need to install a new thermostat. Everything works inside. Sunroofs are amazing. First car that's older than me and has a sunroof. It's also OBD-II compliant so I can use a normal scan gauge on it.
pretty good deal I found this lovely ranger specimen on cl https://newhaven.craigslist.org/cto/d/96-ford-ranger-4x4-5spd/6270193881.html
So I just found out a Hummer H2 almost have 400 horses. No really it does Seating capacity: 5 Towing capacity: 8,200 lbs Curb weight: 6,614 lbs Horsepower: 393 hp Dimensions: 190″ L x 81″ W x 79″ H Fuel tank capacity: 32 gal
It's a GM 6.2L v8. 415lb-ft torque too. Still took 9.5 seconds 0-60 though, so it was basically necessary.
That engine was only used in the 2008-09 models though. The 2003-07 H2 used a 6.0l v8 making only 316hp and 360lb-ft torque. My 2011 4.6l v8 makes more power than most cars from 90s and earlier because it's got new tech in it.
So a friend of mine recently sold his suzuki swift and got a 2009 fiat punto with 95hp and i have to say its an awesome car for having only paid 3500 euros. It also only has 100k km on it so its probably going to be around some time then

I finally got a chance to go for a long drive today. Michigan's upper peninsula is beautiful, and has way too many fun roads This was at the top of Brockway Mountain Drive. Gorgeous scenery, and lovely roads all around. I'm going to go back when the leaves change colors and get some better pictures.
She's pretty great. It's a pretty uncommon car too. A Subaru Legacy 2.5GT Wagon with a manual transmission. All of the other GT wagons I've seen are automatics. The engine is Subaru's turbocharged EJ25, with the particular model being the EJ255. It's supposed to make around 250hp stock, which is plenty of power to have fun with. The best part is, no one expects it to be as quick as it is.
I get a little nerdy about my car There's still a lot that I have to learn about how cars work; knowing a little about the different engines Subaru has was just one quick click on the Wikipedia page
