Now unless your willing to carefully tear that carb apart and calibrate it for good milage and running (a poorly running engine made to run lean is just as if not worse than a rich engine), replace the old points with an electronic ignition and use synthetic fluids in everything and a carefully sized exhaust and blah blah this and blah blah that. Look dont expect economy unless you spend a fuck ton of time, effort and money, which with (im going to presume) a 360 moving over 3800lbs of ugly plastic is simply never going to pay off in the long run. If your really after an economic old car for everyday use that wont break the bank then the old Chrysler A body is hard to beat, and with careful tuning and electronic ignition and correct exhaust will definitely pay off in the long run because you will absolutely see improvements in economy and reliability very quickly and very easily without having to drive like ol' grandpa. Grannie drives a shiny red super stock Dodge remember Edit: Sorry i should say that a long time ago they (the AMC) might have been considered economic for its size, but after 50 years of use and every mothers, sons, cousins, roomates, dogs, chickens, carrots, teenagers, brother has abused it so it absolutely wont be getting the economy it once mighten have gotten
This is the Reliant Supervan I: and this is the Reliant Supervan III: The Reliant Supervan II is the same as the Reliant Supervan I, but it has a few engine modifications
Older car, by a mile. The Tesla's interior looks like you took an iPad an shoved it in a car with a dashboard so flat and smooth you could balance a glass of milk on it, like a table.
I like modern cars. But the Tesla interior is just dumb, having ALL the controls on a touchscreen is bad, physical controls are better for keeping your eyes on the road
yeah. i think they look more luxurious and they use better materials than todays basic bad material interiors
It's the opposite, the interior is so ugly that you won't ever take your eyes off the road to avoid looking at it
Today my mom's Ford Flex was leaking oil, and had to be taken to our local Ford dealer. Also, I rode in the jumpseat of our Ranger, and dang, it's tight back there. I could barely fit back there, and my brother had his legs pressed up against the dashboard. We couldn't take our dad's car because he is in NYC for work.
A 70's Cadillac or a Tesla ? Hmmmm, thats a tough one. I think i'll take....... My legs, ill just walk to where i need to go (i hate bicycles with a passion)
What's wrong with les velos? I own an antique bicycle and it works fine! (1989 Fuji Vantage, original green color)
