In my opinion, Monster Jam has really been taking a weird turn lately. Professional Judges actually ruling out the winner with proper scoring --> Fan judges always voting for one of the Grave Diggers or MaxD to win Bus stacks, crush cars, and Semi Trailer stacks --> Dirt mounds literally everywhere. I know World Finals 19 had a bus stack, but it's not like the bus stacks I remember, like World Finals 3-7 Even Straight Line and Hole-shot racing (both are similar, hole-shot is aimed towards the Thunder Nationals, straight line is more so for raceways like Stafford Speedway) are being phased out. The thing that really upset me was when Monster Jam announced it will be rotating stadiums for the World Finals from 2019 onward. However, there are some upsides - the Wheelie contest is being revised into the "Two Wheel Skills Challenge", and when the electronic timing was introduced, it made close finishes a lot easier to determine... Funny story, I saw one of the photo finish camera's photo opened up on Photoshop during the Max-D Dooms Day race in World Finals 16...what a fun and controversial night that was lol. What are your thoughts on Monster Jam over its recent years?
For most of it's life it ran a PEI, then in more recent times before it didn't feel so good (see what I did there) it ran a custom CRD chassis to fit the short window mold.
Feld is what's going to end up killing monster jam one day.....all though I have to say that they up to this point have really helped the sport, I just hope that don't over do it with to much of a good thing, I'm bigfoot bias, so take this with a grain of salt but I wish feld would allow truck creators to keep there intellectual property and just strike a licensing deal for toys and shirts, I think dan runte would have been awsome ro see in monster jam, going up against GD and max d it would have been awsome, he would have got killed in free style but Larry swim is pretty good. But to not have the original monster truck in monster jam is crazy, and bigfoot is slowly becoming a forgotten monster truck by the younger generation.
Bigfoot was in the recent Steven Spielberg movie Ready Player One, and is regularly in video games so it's not gonna get forgotten, it just doesn't have the exposure that Grave Digger has because Feld plasters it's image on nearly everything MJ related.

T Thanks Mike I was just wanting to know because I was curious. I haven't been to an event in a good while and sort of lost touch with monster trucks due to school and family matters.
Yeah I would like to go to either 2014, 2013 or 2011 I loved those years they were awesome for Monster Jam. Monster Jam became popular those years.
I remember going to monster jam events at Webster bank arena since 2005, Stafford speedway in 2012 and 2013, Vegas in 2007, 2013, and 2015, and I remember going to the XL Center in Hartford in 2013 as well. Out of all of the times that were best (other than the years I was in the RC Monster Truck club because I was in the intermission...lol), I'd have to say the ones where I went to Webster Bank arena were the best (mostly because I went every year for my birthday), and Vegas in 2007 because the scoring I felt was actually fair. Then again my six year old self fell asleep for some parts of the show...
