Or you could use it as a BBQ. Just like Saxton Hale's barbecue table, but it plays Crysis 3 on Ultra while you cook.
changed browsers to Microsoft edge at last, in my opinion it is better than chrome, the scrolling is far better and the set aside tabs is very useful for tab monsters like me
At that price point it will be hard to find a laptop with a good CPU/GPU balance for gaming. Does it have to be a laptop? I'm going to attempt to get 5.25 GHz on my fx 6300 tonight, wish me luck. (I REALLY want that 3dMark achievement of getting a 50% overclock on your cpu.)
If you're not forced to buy a laptop, then build a PC. For the same price, an actual PC would be much better.
Go for a normal pc because you wont be able to get a gpod laptop for that money. Also i would say try to get tge psu and case used so you have more money for the cpu and gpu
8800GTS, "I just attached this vacuum cleaner to GPU to make it bit quieter", have on on my shelf, it was good performance / cost ratio at it's own time, but like any old gaming hardware too hot, too noisy.
The AMD Ryzen CPUs are some of the best for BeamNG. Something like a 1600x would be great for BeamNG and good GPU options that should fit in that budget would be a GTX 1060 or RX 480.
can you stretch to around $650.. or have you got a storage device? with windows 10 on? PC Specialist's Cosmos 6 has an i3 7100H (a 35W chip, dual core) and GT940MX (the faster gddr5 model) https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/notebooks/cosmosVI-15/ its still last gen GPUs which is a shame, and 580$ doesn't get you storage or windows 10
This is about as close as I could get it, with the 6 core 12 thread R5 1600 however it comes to about $70 over. You could change down to the 1500x to save on that a bit more however its a 4 core 8 thread CPU, but will still be great in BeamNG. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mwvXNN
Agree on that, it's i7 performance for i5 price, can't go wrong with that! Also even RX460 runs game solid 60fps on normal settings @1080p (even at higher settings, depending from map), so if budget is limited it is worth to check out, maybe used one (around 50 or even under used?) that one could replace with something faster when saving bit more. BeamNG runs at 60fps even with Intel HD 530 if you adjust details enough low, but indeed right now starts to be great days for upgrades as rx480 is soon going out so they sell them cheap and R5 is really delivering.
I now own a 1cm big crt(maybe a half inch? i cant tell, its around that). yusssssssssssssssssss. time to play dos games on it
