yes, I'm also interested to hear more about this. I imagine there's a market for making 8bit images look better - imagine the data savings for image websites?
I found some mix tapes that me and my dad made when when i was around 6 years old. Damn they are old.
One time I was messing around with my camera and stuck my finger into the camera (like an idiot) and touched the the contacts of the camera flash and (obviously) survived Fatal shock by camera flash capacitor is a myth Also one time I was tryin to measure voltage of a smoke detector connector and got electrocuted by 123 volts , and i got thrown to the floor landing on my butt (lol)
but don't smoke detectors usually run on a 9v cell... And camera flash capacitor lethality? It's not even a myth, it's established fact that its not lethal people make shock pranks from them
i once put a 9v battery on my tongue and it threw me across the room, i landed head first on the couch LOL XDDDDDD BUT I SURVIVED doNT WORRY
A lot of smoke detectors are connected to AC so they don't need the batteries replaced every 6 months or whatever.
I have been electrocuted many many times by my logitech G25, if you unplug the usb cord then there is no ground connection, so rip my ears when i first tried my metal IEM's since they are correctly grounded. I have also received a jolt when unplugging a plug at my grandparents house since i hadn't flicked the switch off before unplugging.
I presume they have a backup battery in them in case a fire cuts the electricity before setting it off right?
Vectors... where have you been all my life? Vectorizing images is the best thing I've done in at least four days. I know @BlueScreen beat me to it, but whatever.
Yeah, that's the point. With it running on AC normally you don't have to replace the batteries nearly as often, and if one goes off they all go off at the same time.
eh I've been zapped by uk mains, do not change a light bulb with wet hands and while the switch is on....230-240v fucking hurts. although most painful was actually a VGA cable, not supposed to hotswap those and with good reason, unplugged from monitor, gpu still driving a signal, brushed fingers across contacts, mother fuck hand contracted and I couldn't let go for a few seconds while the gpu figured it didn't need to drive the display anymore. Ouch.
