Sleeping to metal? absolutely... I'd either fall asleep with it or end up realizing that in bed, in a dark room doing nothing else makes it that much more fun to listen to. so I'd end up falling asleep to metallica or my (now ex) boyfriends snoring. Either one suited me. These days it's mainly Skyclad and Van Canto.
some peoples snoring itself I find strangely helpful for sleeping too. As long as its more a light snoozing than a nasally grunting anyway.
I wish my current boyfriend felt the same way about my snoring, his waking me up isn't very relaxing and doesn't help me sleep! That said, I completely understand his point of view, I know I hate it when I can't sleep. I wonder why snoring doesn't bother any animal except for humans. My cat doesn't mind me one bit. Bothers the other HUMAN in the room though.
it really does depend on the snoring though. One friend when he stays or little sister when I go stay at parents (I have to camp on her floor). Rather light snoozing. I honestly find it rather relaxing. Its just 1 constant rhythm. Brother or a mate I used to go and stay at, both deep snorers. Brother has had many a pillow thrown at him over it.
My father snores like a dirtbike with a bad rod bearing. Sleep apnea as well. Fucker stops breathing for 20 seconds no problem and starts back up. Warned him something could go wrong but he's invincible so that's on him I guess.
