There seems to be some presence of DirectX being used on the Windows 10 lockscreen - apparently it's running at 4 fps.

Ikr, i've been looking the shortcut manual but i couldnt find any. Most laptops has prntscrn (or something like that) button but mine doesnt and i'm too lazy to download a software for it...

 

Windows has a builtin screenshot tool. It's called Snipping Tool. Search for it in the Start menu.

 

You could also run the game through steam so you can use the steam overlay to take a screenshot.

 

This is not an option for some games, as they use Origin or just refuse to run properly with the Steam overlay.

 

Some games don't support tabbing out or minimising. Both ways of screen shotting have advantages and disadvantages.

For example print screen does not work for full screen 3d applications anyway, you just get a black image.
