BTW this amazing like how much some of my Lego worth, I means at the time they were probably cost around 90 €, If I could I would sell some of them, but I can't I love them so much, to much memories in them ! :')
la valeur sentimentale est bien plus importante ! je me demande combien pourraient couter mes lego vieux de 25 / 30ans. faudrait que je me renseigne
Oh ffs... I just spent an hour and a half recording Minecraft: Story Mode for the video file to be corrupted. ffs OBS.
the amount indicated is that of the new. The models already used cost a lot cheaper. I've a model who will cost 700euros new, but he is used and cost only 100. ( http://brickset.com/sets/6987-1/Message-Intercept-Base )
What's the difference between Cs go and Beamng drive? Beamng.drive devs actually test their new content in game before releasing it.
i can not convey my anger in words right now, i've been wanting to do something on the our vehicle (an actual project for fixing or replacing something, not something that's just basic maintenance like oil changes and coolant refills or whatever) and today i finally got the chance (and it was supposed to be fairly easy as well since according to most car audio experts i've met on the internet the '98 expedition is supposed to be the easiest vehicle to install a new head unit in) or so i thought yeah, there's way more wires then there's supposed to be, including some that are impossible to get to where we can actually connect them (assuming we'll need them, as i can't tell what's what, and yes i have a wiring diagram for our EXACT model of expedition(yes, including any amp or sub wiring that comes factory), however quite a few that are there don't seem to exist in the diagram(for example, the blue with white stripes on the left near the antenna cable), and visa versa(for example, i was unable to find a wire matching the description of the accessory power wire), there are even some duplicate wires (for example, there are 2 plain blue wires in there), AND, a wire that i did find, but seems to already be connected to 2 other wires (1 on of which appearing to be the same wire as it's the same color, so possibly connected to itself, which is likely bad as it's supposed to be the constant power wire, which is black with purple/violet stripes) so we may not be able to wire this up without ripping apart the interior to actually figure out what goes where
Today had some quite rough weather. First the temperature in the afternoon was over 100 F, and then we had a freak storm with 70 MPH gusts lasting a few minutes.
I've had to deal with some wiring but never a radio. Always something simple like a vtec selinoid or an oil pressure switch. If you keep at it you'll win and learn a lot but you will curse and be pissed. My first engine swap was a 20 hour affair. Half of that was figuring out the harness and what goes where and why won't this car start? Now it's like a 3 hour affair. Never give up on a car, I lost my first honda to a wiring issue that prevented me from getting it thru emissions. I regret having to let it go and I miss that hatch dearly.
stripey white/blue is usually the power antenna output or dash light input. Stick a multimeter on it, if its 0v with headlamps off and 12v one, got your answer
Just went to turn on my monitor and no power. So I did what any normal nerdy tech would do and opened it up. As I suspected there are several bad caps on the power supply board. 3x 1000µF 16V caps and one 680µF 16V cap. Guess I'll order new Panasonic caps from RS Components. For now, one 1000µF cap I stole from a old CD player has gotten me back up and running. Any normal person would have thrown this in the trash and bought a new monitor, but I'm cheap and would rather spend £2 on capacitors than £100 on a new monitor.
