I had my fair share of police stupidity. My dad was doing 96 km/h in a 80 km/h zone, and when the officer pulled him over, she thought the speed limit was 60 km/h, whereas he was actually in a 80 zone.
Did you have permission from the land owner to be on the field? As far as I can tell from what you said it seems likely the person who phoned the police told them what was happening, then it was the police that made further assumptions. Equally if you were trespassing on private land they had every reason to phone the police. If that is the case (not saying for sure that it is cause idk) then to some extent you got what you deserved. Then again I had my bike stolen last week from private property behind locked gates, they must have cut the locks to get at it. However the police are taking their sweet time since they have better things to be doing than looking for a needle in a haystack. Then the landowners (who I pay over £5000 [$6000 post brexit] to a year for rent) are refusing to check the CCTV until they are legally required to by the police. So if people were on my property (assuming I owned some) I would probably be keeping a very very close eye on them, if they took their cars onto it then I would certainly be on the phone to the police immediately.
The deal with the land is that a company bought a big farm 10 years ago and developed about half of it. They ran out of money so the other half of the property remained completely untouched fields. The economy tanked and very few houses were built in the completed part of the subdivision. I'm not exactly sure who hays the fields for the company, but it hasn't been done this year and it's beginning to look neglected. It'd be a lot different if I was running over some farmer's tomatoes. So, no, I didn't have permission to be on the land. I guess you could say I got what I deserved. The call the police received didn't have anything to do with hooning or trespassing though. It had to do with two suspicious vehicles sitting in the road. I'm just kinda beefed that someone was so quick to call the police on other people minding their own business. I was in the mood to bitch earlier.
"Unfortunately this follows the same disappointing pattern on other vehicle types" Hearing that in monotone like that almost makes that funny
The new Assetto Corsa Porsche content looks pretty neat. Gonna have 24 different models of Porsche added to the game over the next 2 months over 3 dlc packs. I may be tempted by the season pass.
Now,I´m in USA,beacuse my mommy lives here.I´ve got call from her. Me:Hey,what are you planning?¨ Mum: Do you want to go to Six Flags? You will really like it and don´t worry, nobody died here. Me:
New YouTube refresh... It would be quite nice if everything wasn't so huge. When doing a search query you can only see about 4 results on a 1080p 23" screen. Click the open in new window button to see them at full 1080p res.
Am i insane or GTPlanet runs on exact forume ´´engine,,? EDIT:Yea it does. The layout looked very familliar...
4G is complete overpriced BS. In perfect conditions, 3G and even H+ can have excellent speeds. I was on top of a mountain with NO obstructions, at the bottom of the mountain which is where I am now, it's no service. Not even emergency calls only.
That depends on whether you can get a good signal or not. 4g has worse coverage per antenna but faster speeds than 3g. Unless said mountain happens to be close to a antenna tower it ain't gonna help you get a good signal. As you can see I have had some pretty decent speeds on 4g before. Although this isn't typical for me since I was travelling in the UK at the time. Then again, unless you are on a crap network 4g is included in your standard data anyway in the UK.
The physical size of the screen has no effect on the amount of things shown. Only the resolution affects that.
I am more than aware of that. My complaint is that on a 24" screen I should be able to see more, for people using YouTube on a 27" 1080p screen things will be even worse. With each YouTube update they seem to be making things bigger and requiring me to spend more time scrolling. It feels really unpleasant to use. The web browser will report that I am using a PC and as such I would love it if they would do some scaling to make the site fit better. The majority of other popular modern sites seem to be capable of scaling well, YouTube should too.
I quite like that for once. It's a sensible UI, aside from the overwhelming size of everything. Reading the comments irked me greatly though :/
