Re: General discussion chat Can't say I'm looking forwards to paying for insurance, It would cost me around £1700 for a 1.1 Litre Peugeot 106..
Re: General discussion chat First cars, oh so fun. Just wait for the first MOT, something will go wrong.
Re: General discussion chat Everyone else speaks about computer specs & programming & get into detail with the devs. I still try and speak with my cat.........
Re: General discussion chat I feel pretty bad. Dumping a load of documents and boring paperwork on Drowsy's desk. My lazy ass has tried to learn jbeam but it would take me a long time to actually fully produce something. Drowsy you did try to teach me a lot of stuff and I'm grateful for that. Sorry for being a lazy shit and dumping a random project on your shoulders (450r).. Maybe one day we can finish the sob when I finish the mesh. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
Re: General discussion chat I'll get into Jbeam this summer when I have a ton of free time, I'm sure I can get pretty good at it. I learned all by myself how to mod for Call of Duty World at War and I made multiple maps for online, it just needs time.
Re: General discussion chat I only just discovered what jaywalking is. Jaywalking offences are really a thing in the USA?
Re: General discussion chat I could go and run through traffic as much as I like and have the response simply come on the form of people shouting that I am a twat and cars blaring horns, the entire idea of getting a ticket for crossing a road is insane to me
Re: General discussion chat Honestly never seen someone get a ticket for it I've done it plenty of times even in front of cops
Re: General discussion chat Most aren't gonna bother with it, but if they haven't filled their quota they'll get on anyone for the tiniest thing...
Re: General discussion chat Never heard of someone getting a ticket from jaywalking. It's illegal but...a cop isn't gonna stop you for that. But if you hit someone in the road that's jaywalking it'll be their fault. EDIT: Holy balls 1111 posts
Re: General discussion chat It's pretty rare to actually get a ticket for it unless you're actually being excessively stupid. Only time I've ever seen it remotely enforced is when a friend of mine walked deliberately slow in front of a car. Like 10 seconds to cross a two-lane road. Turned out to be a cop car and they ended up giving him a serious talk. Still no ticket. I cross without crosswalks a lot and no one cares.
Re: General discussion chat Are there any laws around this in the uk? I guess the police would have a talk with you for being an idiot if you crossed dangerously. They could probably put it under some other sort of offense such as being a public nuisance.
Re: General discussion chat Only one even remotely close is wilful obstruction, otherwise I guess if I was diving in with traffic then public nuisance maybe.
