Made some Retr0bright (Hydrogen Peroxide), testing it on an old CD drive tray cover. Gonna leave it in my window overnight and all day tomorrow so it can soak up as much UV radiation as possible. Hopefully by tomorrow night it'll be white instead of a nasty yellow.
Was just watching a Nerd³ video when he mentioned a place called cyberdog in Camden (London). It is the coolest shop I have ever seen. When I next end up in London I am going to have to go to that area just to see it and what other stuff is there too.
Just transferred 10,980 songs from an old hard drive to my new computer. I have a lot of CDs in my collection!
I'd recommend buying it from a store. I know it was only mine, but when I got mine the accelerometer, proximity sensor and headphone jack were dead. Sending it back was a massive pain, and they couldn't sort out a replacement phone for me so I decided to spend a bit more and buy a Moto Z Play from John Lewis, where they have a 2 year guarantee, so if it had any problems I could just take it back. Yours probably won't be broken, though.
It's a pain in the ass trying to get the exact build you want though, or not possible. It came back in stock so I ordered it about 50 mins ago. $345 including taxes and shipping.
True, but I guess it didn't matter for me since my Moto isn't even customisable As I said, you'd have to be very unlucky for it to be broken.
When you buy a house from a family with 2 kids moving out, they want to give you a lot Scored a working arcade machine, pingpong/pool table, chalkboard, solid wood L-desk with backplate, treadmill, among others --- Post updated --- Whatever just happened in the last 5 minutes was... interesting. Whomever likes this first was probably the culprit
Restoring a pair of Wharfedale Dovedale W2's form the late 60's, lovely warm sounding speakers with 12" woofers and alnico earth magnets on said woofers, makes for lovely detailed lows unlike the bass you get with modern sub woofers (Fart boxes). They sound great hooked up to a tube amp. Shame the cabinets are pretty damaged, talking with an old friend to see if he can repair and re veneer them, replaced the old torn grill cloth with white acoustically transparent cloth, I think the white cloth offsets the dark teak finish nicely.
I got a dumb video of the 4 levers (shifters, kinda?) on a Craftsman lawnmower I have. I made this video just to show @B727TheAirliner what I meant, mind you.
Here's what I remember: Around the same time as the Wikipedia Articles incident, a massive argument between several people and Modem broke out. It really got interesting I tell you. I somewhat participated in the conversation, but not by much though. After that, Nadeox1 got involved, cleaned up the thread, Modem and a few other users were banned, and after that the thread was locked. The other users were banned for their participation in the Wikipedia Articles stuff.
the face when the open-source pseudo-3d raycasting engine doesn't support multiple wall textures so you hack that feature in yourself
