It's snowing where I live, so instead of working on the video game I'm making, I was on the Beam forums... Someone brought up GTA... All hell broke loose. I redid my entire account (Pic, sig, profile) to reflect my obsession with the State of Alderney in GTA IV. I need help...
GTA V is for 5 year olds who use their parents money for shark cards to buy ugly supercars... GTA IV is the last true GTA. My least favorite car is whatever one is on top of the devblog. It means that there is no update.
Tbh it's probably because SA was one of my childhood game. I've played GTA IV lately since my computer was really too shity at the time, I think I've never finished the story mod, because of the lag, I need to do that one day. It's sad that Rockstar spend so much time on the multi-player and not so much on the story mod, I hope GTA VI will have a long story mod because the V one was really to short. I really love the 4, the ambience and everything was awesome, it's probably one of the darkest GTA two.
Again, Rockstar had the ability to put 2 states in IV, but only had a third of SA in V. Where are San Fierro and Las Venturas?
GTA V was designed for consoles after all, they obviously had to limit stuff for those crappy setup. Freaking consoles
In other news I got a copy of* Need for Speed Underground 2 and for the first time in months I was hit with an intense rush of nostalgia having not played it for about 5 or so years on the original Xbox. It will probably be my main source of entertainment for the next couple weeks, if not months. *downloaded
San Andreas was designed for consoles too, and they were of a previous generation. It seems that rockstar forgot their tricks to make SA feel bigger than it actually was. Also, if you can't run IV, how can you run Beam?
In 2010 I couldn't run GTA IV, today it's fine x) Back in the day, older consoles generation were better than today one. At least they could be compared to computers.
Yeah, and I had to buy SA for PS2, as the Xbox 360 port is FROM THE MOBILE VERSION! What were they thinking?
