I have some multicolor DC skate shoes that cost like $80. But pretty much everything I wear is brand name
oh god. Apparently a truck full of live hagfish (in crates) lost control at a construction site on a highway and the crates flew everywhere, causing a pile-up involving multiple cars colliding into each other. What made it worse is that the hagfish covered everything in slime. No one was hospitalized. Spoiler: more info Pictures and videos exist, don't open these links if you easily get sick/frightened. This can be nightmare fuel. http://jalopnik.com/road-covered-in-wriggling-eels-and-slime-following-horr-1796900154 http://www.oregonlive.com/pacific-n...f/2017/07/truck_full_of_eels_overturns_o.html
completely different topic than above lmao but okay Pepsi Fire, aka cinnamon flavored Pepsi... what is this monstrosity? Pepsi already had many different versions here in Japan but the Cinnamon flavored one just crosses the line.
Japan never ceases to amaze me. I can't even imagine what flavoured Pepsi of any kind would taste like. I'll have to see if they have any at the T&T market next time I'm in Vancouver.
I have a job. It's quite well paying. It involves me sitting infront of 2 computers all day, one of which sometimes has a pair of virtual machines running too. I don't use word. I do however have incredibly high CPU usage and ram usage and so if I didn't have the desktop flagship i7 and 16gb of ram, I would have very low productivity. Pointless to upgrade pc? I think not considering I'm making full use of a high end machine (bar graphics which I don't touch at work yet). My GPU on my home machine. I play games alot, I make large usage of it. I've also absolutely maxed my CPU on home machine. To me it's not wasting money at all. I'll stick to converse all stars for footwear though
We need to say something about your signature "god bless piers morgan" sure, if Clarkson punching him is the same as god blessing him
but what if they find out? the technician opens up the computer and finds 16 gigs of g skill ram in there and pisses his pants. oh no, the technician pissed his pants and he has to clean it up. it's not very nice at all i'd say.
"Oh no! This employee was trying to increase productivity and make the company more money! He must be fired at once!" There is no world where that is a reality.
Why would you spend your own money to increase productivity? It's the company's job to do that, not you.
I didn't, the technician bought me a computer with an i7-6700, 16gb of ram and dual 512gb ssds in raid 1. The company also pay for the mechanical keyboard I use at work. But it somewhat runs counter to your point that you only need to run word at work, I don't. I don't touch word. I do touch many other things. My home computer is the only one I spend money on and yes it's relatively powerful but I use that power.
I hit the jackpot today. Who woulda guessed there is an old quarry that has been turned into a park/nature reserve on the edge of the city I live in. I have lived in this place 2 years and had no idea it existed.
