Re: General discussion chat Of course, and they both did the right thing by going to the outside. The only problem is that going to the outside meant 4-wide. Nurburgring was not meant for 4-wide lol. They're lucky there wasn't a collision.
Re: General discussion chat It may be a race track but common sense, there are slower moving vehicles sharing the track. Just because its a track doesn't mean they have to drive as fast as possible and have near to 0 reaction time, these guys are lucky as fuck that they didn't have a pile up.
Re: General discussion chat The reason the traffic ahead of them was going so slow is because there was a yellow flag. When you have cars going full speed around corners meeting cars going 30mph, it doesn't usually end well. They all did pretty god with the situation they faced, if you ask me.

General discussion chat This may be one factor in why our gas is so fucking cheap compared to yours. (Lowest is either 87 or 89 FYI.)
Re: General discussion chat Going from the price difference between 95, 97 and 99 on UK prices and working back to 87/89, you still have somewhere about £1.10 per litre which I think is still over double.
Re: General discussion chat meh, it's around 1.45-1.5€ here. Oh, I also found octanes don't have a standard measure. 89 octanes in the US is not 89 octanes in Europe. Higher octanes equals more refined and better chemical treatment. 87 octanes USA = ~ 92 octanes Europe 89 octanes USA = ~ 94 octanes Europe 91 octanes USA = ~ 96 octanes Europe 95 octanes USA = ~ 100 octanes Europe
