Since the new update came out im trying to figure out; Does anybody actually know if the pigeon has a "Car" engine or is it a 2 stoke (Highly unlikely) or possibly a 4 stroke motorcycle/atv engine?
Why did the developers release the update so early? Doesn't really seem like it's finished. imo they should have released weeks later, if not more.
If 0.10 was supposed to be a big update, they should have waited longer for supercharger whine, and better crash sounds. It also seems like they just put in a placeholder for the truck. Was expecting to wait much longer for a better update. If that's the case they shouldn't get rushed. At all.
Audio is a big thing to do. Waiting until it's complete would just be silly. They have stated that this is only groundwork and there are placeholders, such as the T-Series. I'm sure most of the community would prefer the audio be gradually worked on then have every vehicle sound the same until the sounds are 100% done. It's an early access game, if they waited until everything was done then we wouldn't be able to play this game at all. The only problem I have had with this update is the airfield showdown scenario being broken. Haven't bothered trying to clear cache or anything of the sort yet, so that might not even be an actual issue with the update.
Oh and most people are disappointed because there was no WCUSA, I bet people would be more excited for that, and adding sounds later on. It really seems that it wasn't ready
Who said 0.10 was going to be a big update? Sounds like you invented the update that you wanted in your head rather than expecting something that was possible. The devs have been posting what they have been working on. This update has contained a lot of that stuff. No update yet has been 100% stable, give it a few days until they have pushed out a couple hot fixes, having said that I haven't really noticed any bugs. This update makes a huge difference to the games playability. The audio while not perfect is an absolutely huge improvement over what they had in the game before. Even just the tyre screeching alone is a huge deal as far as playability is concerned. The new radial menu's are far better looking than before, the new app that create icons for vehicles is a very nice quality of life improvement. This update was legitimately huge, the only difference is that it was light on content compared to previous updates. People would be complaining about the lack of updates had they not pushed anything out, people are complaining when they do push out updates.
Please feel free to provide evidence that "The majority" are having issues. Every major release has had bugs, the last update had 5 hotfixes!!! 5, that was 5 times they patched the game to remove bugs before they considered it stable. This one will be no different, as will pretty much every release going forward. The resulting stability after the last hotfix is released will also likely be the same as any previous release. I say this because the game reports errors and statistics back to the devs, so they can see how often it crashes and what bugs exist. So they will likely patch every version up to a certain point that they consider acceptable.
Hasn't happened here at all... Updates are always buggy on launch, at the very least there will be one big hotfix but more than likely there will be several, so no need to worry about it.

What? The majority? .. There are been just a few posts (and some ended up just fixing by reinstalling the game, so probably something went bad during the update process), but very far from the majority. Also, this is quite common at every update. Inverted placebo effect maybe? We could probably throw a fake update that changes nothing and you would see similar posts And what are all these bugs you are talking about? Apart the audio stuff, which as we said is work-in-progress, so don't expect it to be fully fleshed out, the update went pretty smooth compared to previous ones. Only 'big' problems currently are the randomic 'gearbox' settings not saving for some/few people (currently checking), and the accidentally breaking audio mods for official content Aside those, there are no highly game-breaking problems this time round, so far.. Remember that people who have problems posts, because ( as expected ) they need help. Those who are having none are simply enjoying the game.
