Forum rules forbid derailing of threads and spam. Useless "lmao rofl lol bumpity bump" messages fall under both.
BeamNG GMBH doesn't have to apply to these laws. Read the ToS. "Moderators reserve the right to remove posts for any reason or no reason without needing to justify their actions". Disagree with the ToS? Get off the site. Simple as that.

 

Freedom of speech is a completely different thing than the forum TOS.
There is simply no need to remove a post because it was some dumb internet chain, as I've said about several thousand times before, this isn't North Korea, it's the capitalist world... Unless you're Ivan then it's not.

Privately owned websites have absolutely no obligation to allow freedom of speech, its simply in thier best interests most of the time. But its not a requirement at all and they can delete, censor and ban whoever they want for whatever reasons.
