First time playing WoT today since whenever the last time I had a story to say. Usually the stories I have are just people who had a bad or mediocre game and took out their frustrations on others in chat. Today I played a couple battles, people in chat were actually friendly. Won the first 2 games, lost 4 in a row after that and said to myself one more battle to play with some stuff in the recent update and that's that for the night. After 3 losses in a row I usually won't be able to get another win for the night and this was no exception, but that's not the point. One guy in an IS ended up being the typical generic donkey in chat, but after a mn of that the M46 followed the leader. Eventually he went a bit further. I won't say what he said, but it was violent and for the first time I can recall I thought to myself that the guy on the other end of that chat log has genuine mental issues...
I mean, atleast when I look at multiple Aston Martins and Bugattis, or even Peugeots, atleast I can see a unique design in each model.
Does anybody know the show Conspiracy? It's pretty interesting, as it mentions events like from Pearl Harbor to the Black Dahlia and the theories on those events.
Yeah, well I'm not the kind of person that keeps someone's personal info lying around for people to find. I do this not just with phones, but computers too. No matter what's on it, I don't want there to be stuff from the previous owner lying around. If I want to sell this stuff, I don't think that people would want a random person to start prank calling phone numbers from the address book, or share someone's private photos online. The previous owner of this Galaxy S2 is just lucky I bought it from them, and not some kid who thinks it would be funny to share their stuff online.
The way I look at it is: Companies host images Web hosting costs money These companies usually make money by one of two ways Serving adverts Selling images Google links people directly to the image The website is paying (real money) to provide the google user with the image (because hosting fees) The website is not earning any money Because no adverts are being displayed (cause the image is hotlinked) The user doesn't visit the "actual" website, hence doesn't know about any other content they offer, isn't tempted to become a regular visitor The user doesn't learn about the services that they may offer So while Getty images seem like a pretty crappy company to me, which has done some pretty shady stuff in the past. I can't say I disagree with the removal of the button. Mainly because Google was benefiting off of the backs of others. Plus it might actually make people read the context around an image if it is from an article etc. Rather than assuming said image tells the whole story.
But 3/10 people who Google Image use it to Copy and Paste images, 4/10 use it to look at pictures and 3/10 Use it to look at porn.
Why? They can from www. my ass . com (Fun fact I just accidentally link a porn site I did not expect that so that's why there is spaces) I used that site for any of my facts.
I can remember googling memes in google images thinking that it would show me the most relevant memes.
I wonder if this could be seen as a sign that Google is loosing touch with younger demographics? xD They need to add a Google Meme engine.
You can still right click on the image to copy, view, and do whatever you want. It's a extra step, sure, but it's hardly the end of Google Images.
