1. That's a good question. I really like the Satsuma 210, Farming Pack, and the Gavril D-Series Addon. Upon release, the MAN TGS will join them.
2. I really like CodeParade and Emgo316. CodeParade does fun experiments and provides the source code. He is also the man behind Marble Marcher. Emgo316 reviews stuff and has funny skits at the end. Both are pretty much free of ego.

 

I see I'm not the only one here who watches him.
