the amount of times I, out of boredom, looked up "windows 9" in google images and yet I haven't found the story yet...
No, but I have watched the video Nostalgic Critic made on it. It's average, can't really say a lot about it.
Oh, okay then. Anyways, I just want to say to everyone that I don't feel like responding to any more Reddit comments.
Well I use linux to play mobile games that are too big for my phone. Yep I did. Windows 8, Windows 8.1, And off to the 10!
Okay, so, windows 9 was supposed to be Windows 10, so you're not missing out on anything. As Windows 9 was is late development, the computer that they were testing on, was booting into either Windows 9, Windows 95, or Windows 98. So you basically had a 66% chance of booting into the outdated OS. But the devs had a cunning alternative. You see at the time, Windows processors only detected the first digit of the OS. The line of code is pretty much this... booting into Windows 7(I used Windows 7 as an example) so people would find out really quickly that it would not be reliable, so the alternative was Windows Codename: Redrock, or Windows 10. --- Post updated --- So, do you play beam on Linux? Because it is only available on Windows. Or do you have 2 PCs
you can play beam on linux, but it's a very tedious process to get the game going and your ability is limited
