i think improvement pill isn't all that bad
sure, he tells you what to do, but it's for the better good
he seems like he genuinely wants you to live a good life and wants to tell you what exactly to do
his advice may seem a little DO IT RIGHT NOW!-like, but for example if you are feeling oddly tired and bored suddenly, telling a doctor ASAP is probably your best option
or if you're becoming dangerously overweight, the sooner you start your plan, the better
