No. minor violations of forum rules result in short bans, while major violations (lying about age, piracy, catfishing, multi-accounting, etc.) result in permanent bans. Tried it and found this-

I don't find it but IIRC it was a guy that started a mod when he was 13 something, not too long ago he made a new account and a new thread for this mod explaining a mod told him to do that. It was a BMW mod i think.
This is my '89 Caprice Wagon. Easy to remade it to Oldsmobile Delta 88, Regency, Chevy Impala (nothing need to change), or Codename: Oldsfullsize. Also I can remade it to some of config ( Junkyard, some Drag version, beaters, Unmarked police cars from 80's police, Restomods, etc)

I must admit, I never played any Forza games until recently. Being that I haven't owned a console since grade 5, I never did get the opportunity to play many of the modern exclusives, and I am not venturing into the Microsoft store to get Forza. When H5 came out I picked up H4 for cheap and I gotta say I've been loving it. I can't remember any game I've ever put so many hours on in such a short time, at least in the last 10 years. I only started playing it about 5 weeks ago and it's already tied for my 6th most played Steam game at 111 hours (tied with Sleeping Dogs). Averaging 40 hours a week of this game with a full time job, I never thought I'd do that again... To be fair most of that time was over the holiday break, but still... But I have to get this off my chest though: The AI is possibly the most bizarre racing AI I have every played against... Lower difficulties always work out in one of two ways: Give a good race for the first half then follow legal speed limits, or shoot way ahead for the first half then follow legal speed limits for the second half Middle difficulties also work out in one of two ways: Either they don't put up a fight at all, or 1 or 2 of them shoot way out ahead and the rest don't put up a fight Unbeatable difficulty is just a demo-derby with physics defying cars that miss the checkpoints by half a mile.... Still, I hope to see the older Forza games on Steam. It's nice that PC is finally getting what usually are console exclusives.
Today I have taken the first leap to a dream. I am now a racing driver. I have bought a car and I am running a local dirt track this year. Car is a 2004 3.8L Mustang, races are 100 laps. I am SO excited.
