I edited my previous post about the sunburst to add the facelift, and I said it was still based on a 3rd gen wrx. I literally found the facelift irl (at least the headlights lol). They look quite similar to me. First 4 are the custom headlights for the wrx that look like to facelift’s headlights and the last is a picture of the entire car
I have 2000 hours in it. What are you doing in it? I run it (1.6 experimental) at 40FPS on a 9-year-old laptop. --- Post updated --- I'm looking forward to this game... Spoiler: Videos
Is it just me thinking this but do we actually need any school after 5th grade? We know how to read, write, do addition, do division, and how to measure things. Do we really need all of the extra math and writing? We don’t need to know how to divide fractions or how to write 10 page essays. We will literally never use this stuff. I understand that some of these things can get us better jobs, but we don’t need to know this to have a good successful life. If you agree like if you don’t agree reply to this
I don’t agree. High school is a necessity for our development. The need for students to listen and learn are all basic knowledge needed for post secondary education. Our capabilities to note and read are 50% Learnt through high school. No one with basic education will ever be able to understand the need to listen when asked, and the importance of caring. Also, high schools teach a nice introduction to adult life, such as trust, love and friendship.
sure, but really school teaches us the opposite of what we need for the real world. ex: the teachers say show your work. when you are a adult and need to find and answer no one cares how you got it, they just want the answer. Also school hasn’t taught me anything about caring about people, my parents taught me
HS personal health classes provide instruction about things that are immediately relevant, such as the dangers of drunk driving and the consequences of unprotected sex. You probably wouldn't see any benefit from teaching younger students about these things (or you'd end up scarring them, angering parents, etc.), but they're an indispensable lesson for teens. Personal finance classes teach you how to file your taxes and balance a budget. And research writing courses teach students how to suss out the truth from misinformation, speculation, and advertising. Boy, where do I begin? That's all fine and dandy until you get an answer wrong, costing you or your employer money and possibly endangering people. Then you probably want to know where you made your mistakes, so you can prevent making them again. Or if it's a big enough ordeal, you may be asked to show your work publicly so others might avoid making the same mistakes (eg the shared math mistake that led to AC 143 leaving with less than half the fuel needed for its flight). It depends on your field and rank. Doctors, lawyers, accountants, journalists, investigators of any kind, and nearly any upper management are generally expected to provide paperwork indicating how they came to their conclusions, even when there's no alarm or reason to doubt them. IRS audits. And last but far from least: you're learning. HS level math problems usually involve multiple steps. It helps your teacher understand where you made a mistake if you demonstrate the steps you've taken. If you don't, there is no 'here is where things went wrong', there's only a 'this is incorrect'. One of these is drastically more helpful to a learner than the other. There are a lot of perfectly valid reasons to be skeptical of the modern school system. But, 'Our students are learning too long', isn't what I would consider to be one of them.
Alr so seems to me what I read are specific jobs you need to take extra non standard classes. So maybe you might need middle school to learn about health (my health classes explain both drunk driving and the other) and where I live, school doesn’t encourage people to take a financial class. And really you don’t need an extremely high paying job to be happy and be successful. You can still get good jobs without needing to know all the ways a doing a math problem and if you can understand what you’re writing about having average writing skills you can still write good enough for a job. --- Post updated --- I’m going to drop this school topic no one is going to come to a agreement Also does anyone know where I could find this mod? (Sorry for the L quality)
I think that's LJ's Mitsubishi Evo IX mod. It's proportions are a bit wack but it's alright otherwise.
IRL the manufactures do the opposite of C. They use small displacement 3 or 4 cylinder engine with lots of boost and tons of fuel. The reason of this is to use less fuel in the testing facility, they tune the engine in a way that the low emission operation is just enough for testing. IRL if you use higher throttle than the emission tester, the turbo will give a ton of boost and the AFR will go as low as 10 to cool the turbo. This makes the actual fuel economy (and emission) worse than a detuned large displacement engine.
I have that mod this one looks different though. I’ve looked everywhere for it, even tried using Microsoft Edges ai to find it. I want to ask BeamNGShorts we’re they found it but i don’t have an YouTube account (I have a email but, yeah) so if anyone cares could you ask also blazerNG has the same one
Have you heard of the 1975 Cadillac 500ci V8 with 190 horsepower? @simsimw will get it. In fact, I'll bet I was the reason you found the meme, right?
