Assassin's Creed Unity is locked at 30fps and 900p due to hardware limitations in the next gen consoles. These decisions are due to PS4 and Xbox CPU limitations. Maybe that fancy AMD Jaguar 8-Core deal isn't as powerful as everyone thought.
