You can download it on PC, Android And (I'd assume) Apple. I use a Galaxy Tab Lite for discord.

 

as long as you have an Email, and a Phone/Computer, you can make an account

 

I mean, you can. It's not that hard to make an account. Plus, you can also see much more updated mod progress in the threads on the Beamcord than you would on the forums.

 

What’s mainly stopping me is the horror stories of the most vile stuff being spammed in servers. Maybe I watch too much No Text To Speech.

the only thing we spam is Catbee
that, and as long as you stay in verified/trusted servers youre good

 

Just avoid those servers. The only servers I go to are the Beam.ng, Automation, LegThePeg's, and the Brick Rigs discord servers.
