    General discussion chat

Oh trust me, there is such a thing. I've seen it with my own eyes on multiple occasions.

If you're a picky bastard who only wants a certain thing, like myself, then yes, it does automatically suck. Besides, fuck Craigslist. AutoFinder car catalogs ftw. And yes, I mean those free car catalogs that you see at the entrance/exit of every grocery store ever.

Where I live, a bone stock 2001-03 Subaru WRX almost never sells above $5k, even at car dealerships. On average, a 2006-07 WRX STi, (my dream car btw) sells for a little more than 3X that price, normally around $17,500. And yes, that does include dealerships too. In New England, some used Subarus are quite a bit cheaper than you'd expect.

Mitsubishi Evos, on the other hand...

This was Tapatalk's idea, not mine.

$5K is not cheap at all, $1500 is cheap

and no, that's not how it works, just because you can't find 1 specific car does not mean it sucks (especially since i actually DID find a WRX on craigslist, met all of your requirements except color)

I found a few that met all of his requirements accept color.
But you can't really blame the website because you are super picky about the car. :\

This. Craigslist doesnt even post the cars, its all 3rd party's, craigslist just provides the place to post the ads

I'm probably going to buy the star citizen starter pack next week. If my grades pull through I'll have the money, and it looks amazing. I just need my GPU now.

    Preach it, sista:
400km (~250mi) to the tank, driving conservatively.
    Rear diff oil.
    Centre diff fluid.
    Transfer case oil.
    Transmission oil.
    At every service.
Car usually complains if genuine Mitsubishi fluids aren't used.

If you want to keep an Evo as a daily, set aside $5-10k for maintenance!

Only 250 miles? My family's expedition gets 400+ miles per tank easily, and its a full-size American suv for goodness sakes

To be fair, Evo fuel tanks are around 55l (14.5 gal). The turbos cripple the range as well.

No stick shift option in the evo.

I never used to have any lancer evo vs impreza sti/wrx/whatevs preference. Then I found out stick was dropped from the evo. Subaru all the way as a result.

wow, interesting (i actually thought maybe tapatalk, as that seems to bypass a few of the forums features (for example the combining double posts thing) but i tried that and instead it just said "Message too short, needs at least 6 chars)
