Thank you I just tried it, and it fixed some errors, but I'm still running into the same issues. I don't know what I moved but it must have been pretty vital to the system.

It depends.
I think it'd be pretty stupid if someone threw alloys onto a police interceptor, because they only were available with steelies. Some of them had full hubcaps instead of the little center caps though. But that's easy to fix. Any crown vic that isn't a police interceptor is fine with some alloys, though. If I'm buying a nice crown vic, I want some nice wheels too. In fact I probably wouldn't buy any crown vic lx/marquis/towncar that has steel wheels

No. He got windows 8.1 and it had the retard skype before they today released it for windows 7.

skype has skype for desktop for windows 8/8.1 users:
