Re: General discussion chat the new 5000 series cpu's (or at least the high-end ones) come with a AIO water cooling system as stock now EDIT: or not? i could have sworn i read somewhere that they came with water cooling stock now although amazon sells an intel water cooler: http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Motherb...417833757&sr=1-1&keywords=intel+liquid+cooler
Re: General discussion chat progress spam yey Got textures working. And did a mental ray render because why not. How do I export to Source now?
Re: General discussion chat ok, so AFAICT the new haswell-e cpu's DID get an update stock cooler, however it's basically the same except a little bit wider (or taller if horizontal) HOWEVER, intel sells a $77.99* (MSRP $79.99*) water cooler, model # BXTS13X (*Prices on Amazon US)
Re: General discussion chat This is a rebrand of what the 95w used to come with. As you can see the fan is better and the fins are thicker. The thing weighs only a little less than my t40 http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?i...E16835106250&gclid=CLOQh9e3sMICFajm7Aod3g0A3g
Re: General discussion chat Even the prebuilt computer companies switch out Intel's cooler. That's just sad.
Re: General discussion chat How do you run a YouTube channel? Text files. Lots and lots of text files.
Re: General discussion chat Their mid-end and low-end cpus generally do find on stock coolers actually (for example my cpu never go's past 60c, of course i also dont have a gpu making heat in the case yet, and I suppose technically its not a stock intel, although its pretty much the same design afaik) Its high-end intel cpus thst have trouble on stock intel coolers Sent from the 3rd galaxy via the talks of tapping
Re: General discussion chat What? What do text files have to do with anything? Eh, I'd say with Corsairs recent issues with the entire H line I'd be willing to give Intel a shot. Favorite is Coolermaster's Neptron though. They make less standard sizes like 280 and 260.
Re: General discussion chat Lol, naw babie, naw This. Just what I like to "Skeleton Scripts" for upcoming videos. Good old Gadwin "Unregistered Version" splash overlay there...
Re: General discussion chat I'm using an i7 at full tilt (no OC) with the stock cooler and it's drumming along just fine at 3.5Ghz.
Re: General discussion chat Apple keyboard. Have to use an aftermarket print screen software. I can also do all necessary editing within Gadwin.

Re: General discussion chat Thats actually not very good considering what you have open, it should easily stay under 40c when properly cooled with those programs (which stock coolers do not) Sent from the 3rd galaxy via the talks of tapping
Re: General discussion chat http://www.thesmithfamily.com.au Here it is. Also, as for stormdrain, I made that email for all types of donations. YouTube, twitch etc. Anything that went under pf12351. I honestly don't care how many think this is for me to make my own revenue, think what you want. Me and my friends are doing this for The Smith Family, whether you believe it or not. Once it is done, I will post a picture of all the toys we bought with the money.
Re: General discussion chat Uhh, i'd much rather donate directly to the Smith Family.... I wouldn't trust donating to any non approved organisation (IE you)
