Re: General discussion chat I've already got a gaming headset that sounds really good anyway. And I don't care if I could've gotten some better headphones for the price, because those are not blue Intel. It looks great. Damn you, now I want an SSD. But first, GTX 970. I might be able to get a G1 Gaming by April, yay Then I'll buy an SSD. Possibly Intel. God dammit, I'm spending all my money on hardware and I have nothing left to buy games :| arr arr to you, AAA companies
Re: General discussion chat Dont worry, when you get a gtx970 you wont need games to keep you amused, you can make the lights on the card pulse or change intensity with GPU load (or temps) etc. That is enough to keep anyone amused until their next upgrade cycle. You could even play BeamNG on it...
Re: General discussion chat Yay I just want the G1 over the standard OC model because the windforce logo lights up.
Re: General discussion chat sigh, i really need to stop reading PCMR, i just keep getting more and more jelly of all the gpus and monitors and builds and water cooling systems and all that people keep posting, while i sit here with a gaming experience so cinematic (in general anyway) that even peasants be jelly of my fps but they all look so awesome at the same time D: darnit pc component manufacturers, y u have to make your products look so good
Re: General discussion chat I need to stop going to military surplus gun websites for the same exact reason.
Re: General discussion chat While it probably would, I wont be retrying it. Storage is at a premium on this device and an unplayable game doesn't deserve any of it.
Re: General discussion chat I don't even have a window on my case (unless two holes count as a window ), don't care. Still want the flashy logo. It gets better fps if the logo lights up.
Re: General discussion chat I have the MSI card, i don't have a camera capable of functioning clearly in low light though so i will pinch someone elses image instead. NOT MY IMAGE The white MSI logo looks really cool with the red back lighting behind it.
Re: General discussion chat Yeah, the MSI 970 looks ugly IMO though. Best looking one is EVGA ACX 2.0 but I'm getting a Gigabyte G1 because of EVGA's coil whine issues and because moar OC.
Re: General discussion chat My case has a light up fan in the front. I leave it turned off though since i like the Glossy Black best. I have decided to make a video of it just for you And yes, my computer does have an eSata port on the front panel... Why you ask, i have no idea Obviously someone at Enermax wanted it. But i don't think i have ever seen that standard get used.
Re: General discussion chat I might change my case eventually, right now it's an ugly pos. If I do, I'm not buying a windowed case because 212 Evo.
Re: General discussion chat http://gtaforums.com/topic/758808-geforce-drivers-have-a-profile-for-gta-v/?p=1066753541 oh yes dis gonna be gud
Re: General discussion chat Anybody else watching the WAN show right now? I've seen some LTT references in this thread.
Re: General discussion chat I should clean up my case. Winter break is almost over. It doesn't have any lights, but it still has a nice black, white, blue color scheme. Also, for those of you who are electrically competent and have the new model windforce cooler you can swap the light for a RGB LED strip and control it through software. You could have it transition from blue to red as it heats up, or just phase through colors. You could also just take the white one and change it for an LED that fits your color scheme if white isn't it. There is a thread for it on OC.net
Re: General discussion chat Flatout runs smoothly on my Q6600 shitbox. Nice. Also I just got a new monitor for it, still a CRT though. I have no idea why I have this PC.
Re: General discussion chat I watch it on Saturday mornings on YouTube.Twitch is nice and all but i don't really want to watch it at 1AM. Thats when i get to enjoy more relaxed gaming content.
