It sorta sounds like that sound a tape makes when it gets caught on something when rewinding.
It's very weird.

Double rainbow... What does it mean?

By the way, there is no editing in this image the sky looks just like that, the bright spot beneath the rainbow looks really bizarre. There are blue skies in the other direction hence the brightness.

 

Is that a recording from someone else's end of what you sound like? It sounds like some part of your equipment is receiving signal from a radio station and accidentally transmitting it.

 

It't something else and not me, I sound fine.
