    Windows reinstall is still plugging along. Got some logo work done and found out my family's new furniture is arriving at 6:30AM.

    What is the thanks limit anyway? I've never run out, but I don't thank posts often. I usually forget there's even a "thanks button" there...

    Just so you guys know my profile picture is not me. My steam account has been hacked so it is using the profile pic that the hacker put on:(

    Ok I just unlinked my forum account from my steam account so the profile picture is gone.

    Even after a Win7 reinstall Update won't work, however IE will.

    Soft install, however I found the registry was disabling updates on the PC.

    After some registry tweaks, updates are running and Internet Explorer will open! :D

    I watched my Uni's fire safety video today. It involved CGI of flames bursting out of university building windows, CGI of things spontaneously combusting and a morphsuit.

    You can tell when a uni has an active drama department :p

    I decided to start working on my retro gaming rig (700MHz PIII with some ram, an FX 5900, some rams, and different size floppy drives for all muh floppy media, a Bequiet 500w since I accidentally shorted out the old PSU and blew the fuse then couldn't find a new one that would fit.) I couldn't get anything to show up onscreen and then while I was troubleshooting it just wouldn't do anything. No lights or fan. It's not a GPU issue or cable/monitor issue, not a CPU issue, and I don't think it's a RAM issue. Fek.
