im sitting here rethinking my life decisions because of videos like this one

 

The internet is a weird and wonderful place.
I somehow saw 2 tour buses on my road today.

 

Anyone else find this odd? I was looking around on Google street view when I noticed this. In the Illawarra we have a well known pharmacy called "Wals Pharmacy" anyway I noticed this, quite a distance from their store I noticed their vans in the yard of this old derelict house. Does that seem odd to anyone? They also have a massive car park across the laneway & customer parking.

These 64 scale tin foil monstrosities have so much work go into them.. why do I do this. There's an actual chassis made from foil I've formed around matchsticks, bent into position. glued the body onto... even the rad mount is made up. The body isn't made from one layer of foil either... there's a structural component underneith which has the B pillar built into it. the bodywork goes over the top. 2 layers of foil form the floor which the rear axel sits between them. All this so I can have something to send down hotwheels tracks and end up with really cool aftermath :s

Well, I don't, because doing 50 in a 35 is completely logical when someone forgets your fries.

 

dangit. now i gotta go get supplies to try this. have you ever used metal tape? it looks like it may work pretty well.

All the attachments (images and zips on the forum) turned into 1x1 gifs. Current blame is on one of the new devs of RoR.

 

I'm looking to create a bunch of moulds for car parts, 1:18 scale. Form tooling foil around the moulds and spend hours with electronic sized screws sorta fitting things together. Then RC the fucker and take it from there. Need a good cheap model of a 18 scale subaru to form the moulds from. give it a bit of a rally treatment with a wire rollcage etc. .

 

do you know that bandicam exists for a reason

 

Afterburner is much better than BandiCam. It was 11pm, I was tired and I didnt feel like compressing my recording so I just shot it with my phone.

 

TIL Afterburner can do recording... Still, I'll just use Shadowplay, it's better than anything I've tried yet.
