getting a blend file to work with only one sample

    I made a blend file with a sound that I got off of youtube, but it only has one sample. I duplicated that one sample and putting a _P at the end of the duplicated one. But when I put the name next to "sampleName": I don't get any sound. Can somebody help me with getting this to work please?
