    Actually, the third link he posted is basically a step-by-step explanation that guides you through the whole process.
    That is pretty much what you are looking for.

    Can you send all your skin files, so we can see what you are doing wrong? Would be faster than guessing :)

    Im using the tutorial mod file by the way. Just Simply using paint.net but some problems and the skining happend

    We recommend using Notepad++ but normal notepad works too, just you wouldn't get as many features.
