I've always liked both of this games but I have no skill in modeling or anything in the line of 'programming'. I would always be glad if anyone would make (or convert) some tracks form any Gran Turismo game, like Seattle Circuit. If ANYONE does this, I will have great thanks to that person.

Yep. It's from the doge meme. Converting tracks is borderline illegal, not sure about making from scratch.
What track from which GT are you wanting in specific? I am a huge fan of the series myself and of course have all 6 still in my possession. I can possibly make one of the tracks, but i cant say that it will all be 100% but it will be pretty close.
