I think they might push it for PC along with PS3 and XBOX, and then dish it out to new consoles later on.
I'm really hyped for the content creator in Multiplayer. It'll be like the forge in the Halo series, but better! Imagine spawning 10 of your favorite car(s) and having an epic race.
It sounds pretty cool, I also like the feature to have apartments in game. Imagine getting a jet and just smashing through one of the giant windows.
